When filmig there was no toxic materials involved in the process .
However there was use of heavy lifting when moving the product from its original loaction to where we was filming , however to make sure nobody was hurt during the process , me & Tom lifted the draws ergonomically onto a trolley , and moved it to the location to where we was filming.
There was no use of sharp/ Electrical equipment in the area that we was filming .
For personal safety when filmig we made sure that only the props was on set and nothing that would cause danger to the actors or the crew or anything that would get spilt or damange the product .
We made sure that we wore appropriate clothing such as hard shoes , and tops with sleves to prevent anyone getting hurt / no flowing materials , we also made sure the actors had appriate clothing such as long trousers .
However if there were hazards that would occure , there would be ways to prevent these such as :
spilige on set and cause actors or crew to fall and hurt themeselves - To clean it up straight away to avoid this acedent from happening .
If an actor or crew member is hurt - To prevent this / to solve this situation there would access to a medical room near by to provide plasters or bandages etc.
Risk Assessment - Key Questions
These screen shots show the risk assessment sheets for filming . The first sheets shows the contact details and the people involved in the filming (Rianna , Elliot , Tom & i ) .
The second screen shows the hazards that could happen when filming , and what are the things to prevent these from happening .
The third image shows the hazards (low , moderate and high) - low meaning not likely , moderate meaning it could possibily happen and high meaning it could be very likely its going to happen.
This photograph shows the location of the media room - T1 , this photograph shows the facilities i.e. computers , cameras .
(Theses photos above show what rooms i recorded for location recce .)
In conclusion me and my group (Elliot , Rianna & Tom ) also recorded places around the school .
However we decided, that the best place to film would be inside the atrium, and drama room , The reason's being this is because that the atrium has a good source of natural lighting, and is spacious and artificial lighting is still available in the atrium and drama room plus the room is avaible throughout the day .
In order to film we will need to have individual authority in order to confirm that the shooting/ recording can be taken place in the location that we have asked for. To make sure that the filming can be taken place we will go to see individual staff to see if we can book the rooms for the following week in order to film.
We went the the Atrium to seek permission too see if we can film, the following information that we received was that we can use this room for filming from anytime from 9:05-2:15 on Mon-Wed on the 16th-18th May and from 11:25-3:15 on Thurs-Fri on the 19th-20th May. On the other location sites we found it harder to film due to classes being taken during the day, however after school the rooms were more free. Due to the results we decided that the best decision would be that we would use the Atrium as this room would be the most available for filming.
